Our Clover Honey, one of the most popular honeys in the world, is a monofloral honey prepared from the nectar of the Clover flower, which is derived from lush New Zealand meadows. Although clover honey is made all over the world, we obtain high-quality clover from New Zealand’s Southern Island, which is one of the most isolated places on earth and is far from pollution.
When combined with citrus and other light fruits like kiwifruit, clover honey is at its finest.
TASTE PROFILE
Nearly white in colour, with sweet and citrusy floral notes. It tastes like a field that has been soaked in the sun and is velvety and viscous, with hints of lemon curd, marshmallow, and rose with a hazelnut aftertaste. a lemon tree orchard with marshmallow clouds that has just been cut.
