1. Easy Returns Process

Here’s how it works:

  • First, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Next, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Finally, email munworldtrading@gmail.com or call +6285282289741 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Quick Refunds

After we receive your return:

  1. We’ll inspect the item within 3 business days.

  2. Once approved, your refund will go to your original payment method in 7-10 days.

Important notes:

  • Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping costs.

  • Please note: We cannot refund items damaged by misuse (e.g., broken jars from rough handling).

3. Damaged Items? Let’s Fix It!

If your honey arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll replace your item or refund you, including shipping costs.

4. What Can’t Be Returned?

For safety reasons, we can’t accept:

  • Opened or used honey jars.

  • Clearance sale items (but check our new deals for fresh stock!).
